About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to scale our user acquisition and drive sustainable growth. You'll own our performance marketing channels, experiment with new acquisition strategies, and work closely with product to improve conversion funnels. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves data-driven marketing.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI
- Develop and test creative strategies for different audience segments
- Collaborate with product on conversion rate optimisation
- Manage marketing budget and forecast performance
- Build and mentor a growing marketing team
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Understanding of attribution models and measurement
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing fitness or health products
- Background in B2C subscription businesses
- Experience with influencer marketing
- SQL skills for deeper data analysis
