Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

Join our AI team to build the machine learning systems that power SPECLO's personalised fitness recommendations. You'll work on everything from workout optimisation algorithms to computer vision for form analysis. This is a unique opportunity to apply ML to real-world health and fitness problems.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement ML models for workout personalisation
• Build data pipelines for training and inference
• Collaborate with product to identify high-impact ML opportunities
• Deploy and monitor models in production
• Stay current with ML research and apply new techniques
• Document and share knowledge with the broader team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Understanding of classical ML and deep learning techniques
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• Strong foundation in statistics and mathematics

Nice to Have

• Experience with recommendation systems
• Background in computer vision or time-series analysis
• Experience with reinforcement learning
• Publications or contributions to ML research
• Personal interest in fitness and health
